Cancellation policy

Own Her Glow™ offers both one-time purchases and subscription-based purchase options. By selecting a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Subscription Billing & Renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the frequency selected at checkout.

  • Your payment method will be automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle.

  • Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and renewal details are clearly disclosed at checkout prior to purchase.

Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account portal or by contacting customer support before the next billing date.

  • Cancellation requests submitted after a subscription renewal has processed will apply to the next billing cycle.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds After Renewal

  • If a subscription renewal has already been processed and the order has shipped, a refund will be issued only after the product is returned.

  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Failure to cancel a subscription prior to renewal does not qualify for an automatic refund.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for managing their subscription settings and ensuring cancellation is completed prior to renewal.

  • Own Her Glow™ is not responsible for missed cancellations due to forgotten billing dates or failure to manage account settings.
