Own Her Glow™ offers both one-time purchases and subscription-based purchase options. By selecting a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Subscription Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the frequency selected at checkout.

Your payment method will be automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and renewal details are clearly disclosed at checkout prior to purchase.
Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account portal or by contacting customer support before the next billing date.

Cancellation requests submitted after a subscription renewal has processed will apply to the next billing cycle.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds After Renewal

If a subscription renewal has already been processed and the order has shipped, a refund will be issued only after the product is returned.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Failure to cancel a subscription prior to renewal does not qualify for an automatic refund.
Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for managing their subscription settings and ensuring cancellation is completed prior to renewal.

Own Her Glow™ is not responsible for missed cancellations due to forgotten billing dates or failure to manage account settings.
