At Own Her Glow™, we know things change — and we want managing your subscription to feel simple and stress-free. Below is our full cancellation policy so you always know what to expect.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
To cancel, you may:

Log into your account

Use the “Manage Subscription” link in any of your order emails

Or contact our support team at support@ownherglow.com
Once cancelled, no future orders will renew.
Cancellation Window (72-Hour Rule)
Because our fulfillment team processes orders very quickly, any subscription changes — including cancellations — must be made at least 72 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.
If changes are made within 72 hours of your renewal, the order is already in the fulfillment queue and may still be processed.
Reminder Emails
To prevent surprises, we send a renewal reminder email 7 days before each subscription charge.
This gives customers time to update, pause, skip, or cancel before their next payment.
Orders That Have Already Processed
If your subscription renewal has already been processed and is in fulfillment:

We are unable to stop or intercept the shipment

The order will ship normally

You are welcome to return the item once it arrives

Once the package is received back to us unopened, we will issue a full refund
No questions asked.
Refunds
Refunds for returned subscription orders are issued immediately once the package arrives back to our facility.
We will notify you by email as soon as your refund has been processed.
