Subscription Cancellation Policy

At Own Her Glow™, we know things change—and we want managing your subscription to feel simple and stress-free.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

  • Log into your account
  • Use the "Manage Subscription" link in any of your order emails
  • Or contact us at support@ownherglow.com

Once cancelled, no future orders will renew.

Cancellation Window (72-Hour Rule)

Because our fulfillment team processes orders quickly, any subscription changes—including cancellations—must be made at least 72 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.

If changes are made within 72 hours of your renewal, the order may already be in fulfillment and will still ship.

Orders That Have Already Processed

If your renewal has already been processed:

  • We cannot stop or intercept the shipment
  • The order will ship normally
  • You're welcome to return it once it arrives
  • Once received back unopened, we'll issue a full refund—no questions asked

Refunds

Your first subscription order is eligible for a full refund within 45 days. Orders beyond the first can only be refunded if defective or returned unopened.

Refunds are issued as soon as the package arrives back at our facility. We'll notify you by email once processed.
