Once processed, a shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent.

Shipping & Delivery

U.S. orders: Estimated delivery 3–7 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional reshipping fees.

Own Her Glow™ is not liable for lost packages caused by address errors.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
- Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Own Her Glow™ does not replace or refund orders marked as delivered.

Customers must contact the carrier directly for delivery disputes.
Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refused, unclaimed, or returned packages are not eligible for automatic refunds.
Returns & Refunds (Shipping-Related)

Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.

International Orders
