By placing an order with Own Her Glow™, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once processed, a shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent.

  • Processing times may increase during promotions or high-volume periods.

Shipping & Delivery

  • U.S. orders: Estimated delivery 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Own Her Glow™ is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

Address Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional reshipping fees.

  • Own Her Glow™ is not liable for lost packages caused by address errors.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

  • Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
  • Own Her Glow™ does not replace or refund orders marked as delivered.

  • Customers must contact the carrier directly for delivery disputes.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Refused, unclaimed, or returned packages are not eligible for automatic refunds.

Returns & Refunds (Shipping-Related)

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Own Her Glow™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
